මම DU සයිට් එකට Report කලා මෙහෙම Reply කරලා තිබ්බා
Sorry you are experiencing problems with DU Meter's operation. The black box you report indicates that DU Meter is experiencing stale service on your computer. Stale service occurs when DU Meter loses connectivity with its service, and no longer keep track of your bandwidth usage.
In earlier versions of DU Meter 7 (anything prior to 7.30), the most common cause was when someone uninstalled DU Meter and did not reboot before reinstalling or upgrading to a later version. This issue was pretty much done away with the release of DU Meter 7.30. If you are NOT using DU Meter 7.30, we recommend installing DU Meter 7.30, you indicate you have installed 7.24 in your email. The download files are available here:

Should we need to ask for the developer's assistance, he will NOT help unless the latest version is installed.
If this does not take care of the problem, here are a few more things to check:
1. Be sure you have entered the name and serial number you received when you first registered. If you uninstalled DU Meter when you installed your Windows operating system, DU Meter may have become "unregistered" and will not work until you've re-entered this information. Right-click on DU Meter's icon or the taskbar band, and if you see a menu item titled something like "purchase/register," then you will need to enter this information again. DU Meter will only run for 30 days total on your computer, at which time you must purchase the license or enter the license. Trying to run an unregistered version will give you stale service messages, or the black box you report. If you need your registration information, let us know the name and email address used when you purchased the license and will look this up and send it to you.
2. Reporting may have been turned off for some reason. Hover your cursor over the icon or taskbar band. If "reporting is off" is showing, then you will need to turn it on again. Right-click on the icon or taskbar band and select the Options menu item. Turn reporting on again by selecting the "reports and totals filter" category, and placing a check in "resume reporting" at the bottom of this page.
3. Be sure your IP address hasn't been set to ignore traffic from it. Check this setting under the "filter by IP address" category.
If nothing helps, reply in this email with DU Meter's system information (found at the About menu item). Paste this information into this email. This is vital for diagnosing problems with DU Meter, and you must install DU Meter 7.30 or the developer will not look into it.
Best regards,
