Package modifications to Family is allowed for any existing package at Rs. 250/- per transfer
with one package transferee free per year

Where can I get the Family package? Now you can get the package at any Dialog branch, franchise & from authorized Dialog Dealer locations
I am an existing customer in Dialog & can I still get the Family package? Yes you can, simply be transferring your existing connections to the family package.
One package transfer free per year & 250/- will be charged thereafter.
Can I include my pre paid connections also in to the Family? No this will be applicable for post paid package holders only
What are the additional benefits that I can enjoy? My10 rental at 50 rupees per each connection.
Rs. 40 worth of free sms per number.
Can I have the family package under the names of different people? All connections need to be under one NIC & one address
How many connections can I get under the family package...? You can buy minimum of 2 connections & can go up to maximum of 5 connections.
500 rental package is mandatory to any combination.
How many family packages that I could have under my Name? You can have only one family package under one NIC
Will there be any monthly usage commitment for my family package? Yes, commitment is as low as Rs.250/- per each supplementary connections
Example:
2 supplementary – Commitment is 500/-
3 supplementary – Commitment is 750/-
4 supplementary – Commitment is 1000/-
