“ Oh, by the Way is a compilation box set by Pink Floyd. The box set includes all of their standard studio albums packaged together as mini-vinyl replicas. In addition to the albums, and their extras, the set comes with a specially designed 40th Anniversary poster by Storm Thorgerson, featuring 40 Pink Floyd images. It was released on December 11, 2007. The title is a reference to a line in the song "Have a Cigar": "The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think / Oh by the way, which one's Pink?" The box cover consists of a concept similar to that of Ummagumma - one side of the box shows a picture of a room with various objects scattered about inside it, with pictures of the main band members - Roger Waters, David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright - on the walls, whilst the other side shows the same room in different lighting, with the objects and pictures of band members rearranged. In both images there is a man standing in silhouette in a doorway in the distance; he might represent Syd Barrett, or the mythical "Pink". ”

Sum 41 - Underclass Hero [2007]

Quote: Underclass Hero is Sum 41's fifth overall studio album and the first to be released without former guitarist Dave Baksh. The album was first released July 18, 2007 in Japan. It was released under the Island Records label and distributed worldwide by Universal Records, and in Canada by Aquarius Records. The title's similarity to John Lennon's hit "Working Class Hero" is not a coincidence, according to the band's front man Deryck Whibley, who in an interview with Sun Media claimed Lennon as his favorite songwriter. Also, Green Day released their cover version of Lennon's song "Working Class Hero" only a month or so before Sum 41's album was released.
Underclass Hero is over ten minutes longer than any previous Sum 41 album. This is a result of there being a total of fourteen tracks (plus one hidden track) compared to the set of twelve or thirteen the band has used before. Mostly however, the length is due to a majority of the songs being much longer than the usual three minutes existing on preceding full-lengths.
"I had to decide what I wanted to say with my music" explains Whibley. "I asked myself all these questions and then just pulled up my own answers and started writing songs based on those themes. I wanted to make an album that meant something important from beginning to end. I wanted it to have relevance and significance. It's not a concept album It's not about fictional characters in a made-up story but there is a constant idea that runs through the record. It's a deeply personal statement that reflects the confusion and frustration in modern society".
The album has spawned two singles, "Underclass Hero" and "Walking Disaster". Another song called "March Of The Dogs" has also been released as an album preview. On June 26, at 5PM eastern, "Walking Disaster" was played on the Buzz 103. It has since leaked onto the internet and has become the second single from the album. On July 6 2007 "Walking Disaster" was added to Sum 41's MySpace playlist. "Speak Of The Devil" and "Count Your Last Blessings" were leaked onto the internet on July 13 2007. The entire CD was leaked onto file-sharing networks on July 14 2007. As of early December, 2007 the album sales totaled 1,6 million copies worldwide and over 500,000 copies in the US.

Teenage Fanclub : "Bandwagonesque" (1991)

Crotchety critics complained that this Glaswegian quartet sounded too close to cult Memphis band Big Star for their own or anyone else's good, but Bandwagonesque proved that unapologetic homage can sometimes work. The Fanclub's mesh of yearning, ethereal melody and cranked, feed-backing guitars came together superbly on "The Concept," "Metal Baby," and the thrashing "Star Sign"--mini-blizzards of mellifluousness that yoked Alex Chilton to Crazy Horse and the Ramones. Dismiss "Alcholiday" as "record collection rock" if you must: it doesn't make the track any less sublime.

Sum 41 - All Killer No Filler [2001]

Quote: All Killer No Filler is the second album by Sum 41, released on May 8, 2001. The album was eventually certified platinum, selling over 1 million copies. The album features lyrics with various subjects such as society, laziness, self-indulgence, relationships, etc. On an episode of MTV Cribs featuring drummer Steve Jocz's house, frontman and guitarist Deryck Whibley said that the majority of the songs for All Killer No Filler were written in Steve's basement. The title may be a reference to the Jerry Lee Lewis album All Killer, No Filler: The Anthology.
As of 2006 the album has sold 1 million copies in USA and is 3x platinum in Canada, making it Sum 41's best selling album to date.
This is the second time "Summer" appeared on a Sum 41 album, the first being Half Hour Of Power. The band planned to put the song on each of their albums as a joke, but scrapped the plan after All Killer No Filler.

Sum 41 - Does This Look Infected [2002]

Does This Look Infected is an album by Sum 41. It was released on November 26, 2002 on Island Records.
The cover for Does This Look Infected features Steve Jocz dressed up as a zombie. The cover was chosen months before the title was. The album was almost delayed by the label because the band members did not have a name for it on time. Deryck suddenly thought of the name Does This Look Infected; the whole band laughed at the idea and chose it as their album title.
"A.N.I.C" is about Anna Nicole Smith. It stands for Anna Nicole Is a ~Censored~.
There is a DVD included with the amended version of the album footage of one of their shows at the London Astoria. It features the songs "Fat Lip", "Never Wake Up", "Machine Gun", "In Too Deep" and others.
The unedited version also included a bonus DVD, "Cross The T's And Gouge Your I's", which according to the disk is "a Lucifer production", which has footage of Sum 41's alter ego band, "Pain For Pleasure", titled "Reign In Pain", and various humorous segments like "Going Going Gonorrhea", "Campus Invasion" and "Pizza Heist And Other Crap". Also included in the DVD are the Pain For Pleasure tracks "Reign In Pain" and "WWVII Parts 1 & 2", the Autopilot Off songs "Long Way To Fall" and "Nothing Frequency", the No Warning songs "Short Fuse" and "Ill Blood" and some weblinks.
"Food" and "Yesterday.com" were working titles for the song "No Brains."
