1st child: hand washed with special child friendly washing powder, fabric softner added, dried in the sun without squeezing, ironed
2nd child: hand washed with normal washing powder, dried in the sun after squeezing by hand, ironed
3rd child: machine washed with normal washing powder, machine dried, ironed/not ironed

Same result for all three in the end
