Dell > Their laptops are good if you are directly purchasing from Dell.com otherwise you are buying a computer made for someone's requirements.
I have recommended Asus laptops for the past year and non of them have complains. Make sure you get warranty from an Agent no matter where you buy (John Keells, EPSI).
So I'd say you find a good module for your requirement.
Always try to go for a Newer Generation (Currently 6th Gen) when getting a laptop with Intel processors. Better power consumption and performance.
