New laptop- NEED HELP!!

I need some help in choosing a good laptop.. I'm not completely incompetent with computers but i can't seem to make up my mind....:baffled:

Well here's the story: My father's a doctor and recently he had a patient management software designed for use in his private practice. There really isn't much space there to set up and use a desktop so now we have to buy a laptop.

Our budget is around Rs. 80,000. I realize that a laptop capable of running that software wont cost that much but I figured in the long run we'll end up using it for a lot of other things as well so a newer laptop is the way to go...

Right now I'm stuck between 2 laptops..

    U can buy an Acer Extensa 5630Z with
    2GHz Pentium Dual Core
    2GB RAM
    320GB HDD
    14.1" of 15" can't remember sorry
    Intel GMA4500
    DVDRW
    and the other normal stuff for 76k from unity :)

    Got this for someone I know. Without the OS btw. You have to install the OS (actually they will install it for u :P)
