It seems that lot of ministries are kept with the president! If this is deliberate, that means GR do not trust his MPs if this is done by mistake(as most of the work is done by inexperienced military or stooges) it can be accepted. But if not this is not a good sign ......Allocation of ministries and subjects is a specialized work which needs to be done by an experienced person.</blockquote>
