New official identification card for security forces

If we could issue a new official identification (which cannot be easily duplicated) for security forces, will be useful.
In the current situation, using just the uniform to identify the authenticity of a security personnel is not acceptable.

Why just forces?
Every Sri Lankan should have one.

Other officers are not coming to search houses. Right?
Therefore, priority for security forces.

Security uniforms are found from many places in the country.
Therefore, the security uniform is not an authentic way of identifying tri-forces any more lol
