This is done because there are services that Dialog as a company cannot provide because it is not practical to manage a large portfolio of Value Added Services. Ideamart has prearranged very strong terms & conditions which each and every developer must follow when maintaining such application. In a situation like this, where the developer has misused the service and breached terms and conditions which were agreed upon, Ideamart reserves the right to suspend/terminate the agreement and cancel such application. Thereby, Ideamart has in-fact, terminated this application since it has violated the initial T&C. IdeaMart, always make sure that all the developers and its service provides follow the given guidelines when developing and publishing an app using Dialog API’s. Also in future, to prevent such scams, we have already taken an initiative to prohibited any such app which promises to give reloads, gifts etc when registering.

If you are representing IdeaMart, kudos. It's a good thing you guys are monitoring the forums when the other companies can't even answer to customer care calls. I'm not using a Dialog connection in SL, but Celcom MY never failed to cater my needs when I'm abroad.
