UK fashion retailer Next has denied reports that it will no longer source from Sri Lanka due to the country's threatened Generalised System of Preferences (GSP+) trade status.
A report in the Colombo Times newspaper today (5 July) said Next had stopped sourcing garments from Sri Lanka.
However, a spokesperson for Next told just-style that the company has no plans to move any production from Sri Lanka.
