NFS SHIFT HELP

I have a problem with this game.
1. Sky is black
2. Loading time is to much long
3. Some time frame rate decreasing
can any body help to fix this.
NFS shift is a realy shit to me.

Before you start complaining about EA, lets have a look at your system, care to tell us your system specs? especially the VGA you using?

That frame rate may be my cpu it is a p4 2.8Ghz.
Vga 9600gt
ram 2gb 667.
But i can play gta4 with low setting 15 to 20 frps. But nfs shift 10 to 15. Does it mean shift need more cpu than gta4.

I have just found some solutions.

1. Black sky- if anybody have this problem run the game in windows 98/ windows me it will solve the problem.
2. I fogot to mention here there is sound crash problem. It can solve with lowering or off the Directsound acceleration.

but that frame rate problem stil remains. Frame rate is realy unstable. It vary from 10 to as high as 30. Loading time also to much long. Thanx for elakiriens who try to help me.

Addition - all of these things are done in xp sp3 with high texture resolution. Changing the texture resolution didn't effect the frame rate.

At least 256 mb separate VGA is needed.

I have found another solution to increas frame rate.
I just unstall nvidia 190.62 drivers and install 185.85 drivers frame rate now increase 1 to 4. Is there is wrong in 190.62 drivers.
