So where does Allah come in to picture according to this?

Each person will be solely and completely responsible for their own final reward.
We are also told that God has designed these laws to make this life a better, safer, and more tolerable one for us.

god designed the laws and we should obey it to make our life better.

Ultimately the responsibility is with Allah. So your firt sentence is wrong. In Buddhism, you are the only one responsible, not even Allah cannot come between you and your salvation.

allah not responsible for our evil but he is the judge on the the Day of Judgment..
in Buddhism ur responsible from whom...........there is a blank.because for u no one there to judge and everything happening by itself.
but for us there is a god and one day we have to answer him.also we can seek repentance from him if we acknowledge our mistakes.

So he is not responsible for the action of his creation. That means creation is working against the code. Flawed creation . . Flawed creator. . . Once again proves Allah is not almighty:lol:

those who suffer from disasters in favour of Allah and to others its a test and a lesson.allah forgive their sin those who suffer from disasters, sickness.
    allah the almighty,the most merciful.

as per u, those who suffer are sinners, who never can repent on the evil they did.but as per us there is no sin on earth unforgiving.we can acknowledge and seek forgiveness from allah.

I don't want cut and paste stuff from frenetic Islamic sites, which lie through the teeth. Answer using your "perfect" brain given to you by Allah. If I want to raise question on those sites I'll do it then and there.

If you really wanna know or Clarify know what Nibbana is .. you d better ask a Buddhist, not all though :P ..
asking non Buddhist wont help you ..
Unless its like asking a blind to describe what is ' color '.
what you wanna know is their point of view I guarantee no use. Cos Islamism & Buddhism are two different teachings, which
differ from each other in basics of teaching

    Well Said :)
