the biggest problem with these data caps by our ISPs is users are forced to pay for "extra GB" of data when the meager data bundle is exceeded.
for example the "web family" package by SLT is less than adequate for most families and most likely will run out before the end of a month due to multiple users in a household.

something needs to change here in SL
