නිරෝධායන කටයුතු සදහා යොමුවිය යුතු බවට නිර්දේශ කර ඇති රටවල සිට මෙරටට පැමිණෙන ගුවන් මගීන් ඒ සඳහා යොමුවීමට විරුද්ධත්වයක් දක්වන්නේනම් කටුනායක ගුවන්තොටුපලේදී ඔවුන් යළි පැමිණි රටට පිටත්කරන බව යුද හමුදා මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශක බ්‍රිගේඩියර් චන්දන වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා අවධාරණය කරනවා.

අදාළ රටවල සිට පැමිණෙන සියලු ගුවන් මගීන් නිරෝධායන ක්‍රියාවලියට සහය දැක්විය යුතු බව ආරක්ෂක අමාත්‍යාංශයේ අද පැවති මාධ්‍ය හමුවකට එක්වෙමින් යුද හමුදා මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශකවරයා කියා සිටියා.

මෙම මාධ්‍ය හමුවට පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශක පොලිස් අධිකාරී ජාලිය සේනාරත්න මහතාද එක්ව සිටියා. කොරෝනා වෛරස නිරෝධායනට අදාළව මෙරට තුළ සිදුකෙරෙන සියලු කටයුතු 1897 අංක 03 දරණ රෝග නිරෝධායන සහ වැළැක්වීමේ ආඥා පණතේ ප්‍රතිපාදන අනුව සිදුකෙරන බවයි ඔහු ප්‍රකාශ කළේ.

එහි රෙගුලාසි කඩකිරීමේ චෝදනාවට අදාලව මහේස්ත්‍රාත් අධිකරණයකින් වැරදිකරුවෙකු වුවහොත් අදාළ තැනැත්තාට මාස 06 ක් දක්වා සිරදඩුවමක් හා දඩයක් නියම කෙරෙන බවද පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශකවරයා කියා සිටියා.

නිරෝධායන ක්‍රියාවලිය පිළිබද සමාජ මාධ්‍ය ඔස්සේ පළවන පුවත් හේතුවෙන් අනියත බියක් ඇති කර නොගන්නා ලෙසද යුද්ධ හමුදා මාධ්‍ය ප්‍රකාශකවරයා ජනතාවගෙන් ඉල්ලීමක් කළා
