UNP haven't got security clearance for air lift even the permission granted by the government....

Eerr... what on earth you mean by security clearance for a dead body ?

On the normal procedure (in such emergency situations), the ministry of defense on the directive of President / Joint chief of staff / Air Force Commander authorizes the pilot to LAND and TAKE OFF at a certain geographical location OUT of the normal Air Ports or.. in an Air Port it self.

NO one... I repeat.. NO ONE else need or required to get any sort of permission other than that. However, you need to be security checked from the local air port authorities or the Police (if it lands in commercial area) to board the helicopter.

So.. WHICH of this Security Clearance this DEAD MAN didn't HAVE ?

as far as i rem few years back a helicopter was hired to put flowers to a funeral of an underwrld guy in delknada,

bt 2day thr are more restrictions than ever,
requests shuld be made to the mod and the relevant authorities to get approval,
