There's no such thing as the "Executive Prime-ministership".
Unlike the Executive Presidency, a Prime Minister under a British Westminster style democracy, the Prime Minister is totally and wholly responsible and reportable to the Parliament of Sri Lanka. He/ she cannot execute any decisions WITHOUT the consent of the whole Parliament.
The best example is Australia. There Hon. Tony Abbot, the Prime Minister cannot make or implement new legislations without presenting so called "White Papers" to the Parliament of Australia and debating about it properly. He needs at least a 2/3 majority in each poll held within Parliamentarians to pass new legislations!
Know the facts dudes!! Don't listen to idiotic Mahinda's stupid arguments. He was punished badly by the people of Sri Lanka!!!
Also please note that the true war hero Gen Sarath Fonseka is in Maithreepal's side. THERE WONT BE ANY LTTE UPRISING ONCE AGAIN IN OUR LOVELY MOTHER LANKA!!!
