Michael Jackson's second autopsy reportedly confirms there was no 'foul play.' His grieving mother Katherine Jackson was allegedly reeling as she was told the independent autopsy confirmed the findings of the first examination and found 'unique and significant marks and injuries' on his body. However, family lawyer Brian Oxman says the second results - which were reportedly broken to Katherine at her home by the coroner who conducted the private examination - were allegedly consistent with the original report. Earlier this week, alleged details of Michael's autopsy were leaked to the public, claiming he weighed just 51kg when he died, was riddled with needle marks, had half-digested pills in his stomach, was completely bald and covered in scars from at least 13 cosmetic procedures. However, there was some doubt about the authenticity of the report and the Los Angeles County Coroner's office claimed the details were 'completely untrue'. Speaking about the two autopsies, Brian said the four puncture marks on his chest from the needle. He has seen those marks on his chest. His weight - he was incredibly lean. Regarding baldness, Michael does have a distinctive patch on the side of his head. Regarding the tablets in his stomach - he was taking a lot of prescription drugs. That hasn't been denied.

Michael Jackson's family intend to hold the star's funeral at his Neverland Ranch at the weekend, raising the prospect that the Peter Pan retreat could become his final resting place. A motorcade of around 30 cars will escort the body to the King of Pop's 2,600-acre California estate on Thursday. It is understood there will be a public viewing of the singer, possibly on Friday or Saturday, which is expected to draw fans from all over the world to the isolated retreat north of Los Angeles. The memorial event could be an indication that the Jackson family has permanent plans for Neverland. The US television network CNN has reported that there will be a private service for the family on Sunday.
