bro, i dont think its 100% true. I've seen lot of muslims in dehiwala going to kandy this festiv season. I was curious and found that the Nolimit is not having much attraction due to lack of goods and glitz having good stuff but still not affordable by common middle class people.
So i think we are getting succeed step by step. Nolimit and Glitz being challenged by Kandy and UptownKandy.
May be since there are no Nolimits nearby and seems like they are from Thihariya
