That phone doesn't have 3G, camera is a fixed focus 2MP. I think you can find a 3G phone with a slightly better auto focus camera if you go with a SonyEricsson.
I don't know current SL prices, but check SE K810 (3G + 3.2MP AF) and W890 (3G + 3.2MP AF), they might be in the same price range.

I thought of goin 4 dis becuz of the sleek design, less weight and hi music power..

well then it wont be much problem. if you want to listen to music that much why dnt you buy something like iPod touch or iPod classic.
