All phones are made under the supervision of certified Nokia Engineers, using Genuine Nokia Parts and accessories. All the PCB's are made using the same industrial robot. Housing's are made using Plastic manufactured to the same standard,

Finland Phones are manufactured for the European market, to reduce costs of shipping (Because its closer), similarly Made By nokia Phones are for the Asian Market. Thats is why they are cheaper than the Finland Made ones in Asian countries. Finland Made Phones which are available in Sri Lanka are mostly smuggled ones. (Smuggled in the sense, they are not brought in to the country by genuine Nokia certified retailers) -

Bottomline- Go for What you can acquire,Its always good to purchase a phone with warranty.
But Phones durability depends on its usage.

Mate ! There is no such thing as Made in Finland And Nokia Is Good, Perfect, Super Quality etc! I am a fan of Nokia From the Old 5165, where ever it is made It is Followed by Nokia's Strictly Rules no bad Quality Etc! Even Made in Nokia Is Made By China! I have used a Nokia N73 ME made in Germany That is Much better than Finland Etc And now i use a Nokia N95-1 That is made in CHINA! It Works perfect It has All the Quality That it had on My N73. So Go for What ever it is made Until its not a Clone!
