Which Blackberry Bold are you talking about (9000 or 9700 ?). In any case, the main differences are: Operating system and the form factor. Nokia is lighter and compact; but you loose the QWERTY keyboard (thats the only downside I see in E52). Personally I prefer the Symbian OS, because it has a much better 3rd party application base compared to Blackberry OS. I'd say get the E52.
