IF the Seventh & Eighth digits of your cell phone are 02 or 20 this means your cell phone was assembled in Emirates which is very Bad quality

this is fake. IMEI doesn't indicate country of mfg

nowdays all nokia mfg in china,india. even if it mfg in Finland, they use raw materials (IC,Dispaly,PCB,SMD etc) from china.

Foxconn made PCB for most Nokia,Apple devices

NOKIA manages very good quality check of their products. this is same for any country that nokia devices mfg.

but some people say "made by nokia" is bad why ?

1. there are variants in region. so may some software issues with Asian, Europe version etc.

2. Near to discontinue product : at this time, price of device is dropped and device is mass produced. quality may be bit bad. (I saw this on Nokia 1112,6630,N73)
