Yeh, Itz running on open-source platform called maemo.
As I knw this 1 is the first Nokia smart phone comes with linux OS.

Dnt take This.. The touch screen sucks cause it is not like in iphone.. this is the plastic layerd touch screen and wears off a few months time in quality.. So stick to gud nokia phones like in the E series.. and even this is bulky and heavy.. IPHONE and HTCHERO still rule s the market
