nt kernel & system is using port 80

I googled for this problem, did everything here:

Disabled there services and features:
WebClient
Web Deployment Agent Service
Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN.
IIS

Its windows server 2008 VPS. I havent installed skype or treamviewer.

The software i need to use, captcha sniper, need the port 80 to run.

try to change default port of capture sniper.
