Actually, I would go with crossfire too (if I need to go multiGPU). Stupid nVidia chipsets sux! Intel chipsets ftw!!!

Definitely a Core 2 Duo/Quad.
A good Intel chipset (P35, X38 :P) based mobo...Asus P5K series would be good for your pocket as well as performance
Don't go with 2GB. Aim for 4GB...(2GBx2 I mean)
A 8800GT or the new 8800GTS...

that would be good enough...

Yeah i mean now i will go with ATI cross fire too. I was talking about the past :oo: There was a time ATI screwed up with Crossfire :S
