But others who are reading this must know that payoneer charge;$10 for card activation,$2.5 for each successful withdrawal at a ATM,$0.90 for each rejected ATM withdrawal request. $5 for immediate load ( else takes 5 days)last time they have deducted $0.90 from my card for my activity of just checking the balance. rejected ATM withdrawal request means if you have entered an amount that is higher than the balance in your account.
