I think the best option for Sri Lankans is moneybookers. odesk charge $1 when you withdraw to moneybookers. And then, you can withdraw that money in moneybookers to a Sri Lankan bank account (sampath). Moneybookers charge $2.5 per withdrawal to bank account.
Then, when you receive money to bank account the bank (sampath) charges Rs575 (or $5).
I think moneybookers is the best way to withdraw.
