So you're a teenager and you are interested in girls noticing you.
Here's the deal.
What women (and girls are junior women in training) don't rate in men is when they run after them like dogs - be it horn dogs, or bumbling around like some happy labrador puppy. You chase, they start running.
For this spell, it is important to choose your HIGHEST ideals, and it matters not that you're not that at this time, this is about BECOMING.
What you need to do, and this is a life skill that will still work when you're 89 to attract women regardless of what you look like, is to concentrate on what kind of man YOU are (or in your case, want to become).
Let's say you would choose something like a modern version of a medieval knight in shining armour, something that to this day still has all the ladies sigh and swoon with WANTING that.
What are those?
Strong,
honourable,
attractive,
focussed,
intelligent,
passionate,
self contained,
proud,
loyal,
effective,
powerful,
successful.
That's a list of features that if a man has even some of them, the women of the world will be running after *him* and he has everything to pick and choose from.
You are still young and if you want to mould yourself towards some, any, or all of these things with a will, you have a very good chance of getting these qualities expressed in you, in your life, and you get more out of it than just as many women as you want.
But you certainly get that, too.
So.
Pick the qualities that you want to grow in yourself which will *attract* females to *you*.
Take your time and compile a list, over one week.
Write out the list on a special piece of paper with a special pen with every care spent on each quality.
Carry this close to your heart for one further week, get it out at least three times a day and go through the qualities so you know what they are.
At the end of this second week, make a small fire (in a pot, out of doors, somewhere very private where you will not be disturbed).
Get a bowl of salt, sit before the fire and say:
I call upon the guardians above,
the guardians below,
my highest aspects,
heart and soul,
to aid me tonight.
Now you are going to go through the qualities, one at a time, and evoke them for yourself:
Strength is within me,
strength will be mine,
strength will empower me,
strength makes me shine.
I evoke the truth
of strength for me,
this is my will,
so shall it be.
Throw a handful of salt into the fire and take a moment to see yourself be strong and full of strength in the fire before moving on to the next quality.
Replace "strength" with the next quality, i.e.:
Intelligence is within me
intelligence will be mine
intelligence will empower me
intelligence makes me shine.
ETC.
When you are all the way through the qualities you have chosen, as the final step take the sheet of paper you have been carrying close to your heart.
Put it to the fire and say,
Hear me all,
above, below,
my will be done,
now make it so.
Let the sheet burn up completely. It is done.
This is a very powerful thing to do for a young person; I reckon they should teach this sort of thing at school rather than the life cycle of the earth worm, but there we have it.
