Onboard or External (Graphic Card Problem)

I have an external VGA card & my neighbour has a on-board VGA.

I can't play NFS Undercover with my VGA card. But my neighbour plays NFS Undercover even he has a on-board VGA.

My VGA info,
nVidea - FX 5500 (AGP)
256 MB
Pixel Shader 2.0

I thought that External VGA cards are better than on-board VGAs.
But how does my neighbour play this game with a on-board VGA ?

NFS Undercover Minimum PC requirements:

may he has onboard nVidia card...there is a Foxconn board with GF7200...so can play in low grapix

ya ya that's the fact.... nvidia GF7200 is enough 2 play undercover!!!

it has even Pix Shader 3.....
i also has same card as External coz i dnt play games....i also tested Undercover @ low grapix and ~45fps

never think about VGAs by VRAM or ob/ext
just think abt GPU
