Onbux Suspend

My onbux account is suspended and they give the reason as TOS 1.2..........

1.2. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.

But i have only one account.......... There is more than $10 in the account............

What should i do...........

Your using a dongle right? dongle wala same IP eka 100 wage use karanawa
