Questions Online/ Distance learning (Bcom, Bsc Mgt, Accounting degrees) in Sri Lanka

I am in need of some information regarding online/distance learning degree programs available from reputable universities or institutions in Sri Lanka.

Ideally a accelerated program not going beyond 3 years. I would love to have one finishing in 1 year though.
