Open Wireless APs in Sri Lanka

I will be traveling to Sri Lanka in a few months and wanted to know if there are open/unsecure wireless ap's in major cities? (are they very rare or common)

well u wil find some AP's in some places like ODEL...Excel World.....Common Coffee shop n some other places.....well im not really sure whether they are open...i guess u will hav 2 pay....but wait till the others reply....

there are plenty of hot spots in Sri Lanka,most of those are just open networks
