Yes. There is no public build yet.
The one I'm using gets 77/100. Build 9841 that is.

There is a new build out in the last couple of hours!

the site says it will be released in the next week. bt today the week ends. and the one u posted i downloaded and chkd still not 100 :S 79 ne....duno may opera photoshoped the results

It is still not a "public release". I'mt testing it out. It sure gets 100 score. But can't use it at all. No toolbars..nothing (BTW, I'm typing this post via it )

hmm..saw this on Techrepublic 2day!! anyways passing the Acid3 test doesnt make it the ulitmate browser on earth.. i found firefox 3 beta 5 much more perfoming and cooler than opera...

I didn't find Fx better

True that Firefox is much more polished than Opera Kestrel at its current state. But for some reason, I feel Opera is faster. It takes ages to load some sites on Firefox.
