which boot manager did u use b4? GRUB or windows bootmgr?

Go to bios and set the first boot device the drive that has Ubuntu in it. Simple as that. You are seeing the Windows boot manager, not the grub which is on the Ubuntu drive.

Errr you have chosen a very bad way to dual boot.

Anyway then you need to get a Ubuntu live on a pen drive, go live and do a grub repair. How to do it is on the internet. Easy fix. But having both OSs on the same drive is one fkd up way to dual boot. You are basically sitting on a ticking time bomb

then boot windows, mount EFI system partition and list all the directories (use diskpart util), if GRUB exists then your can change bios settings and boot linux using GRUB, if not you have to add it manually

Don’t worry. It’s a common thing that happens. Grub repair will fix that 90% of the time. I have faced the other 10% as well and even then it was very fixable but it really need patience.
