Disable the cached exchange mode, Start Outlook. Then again enable it and restart Outlook.
If this doesn't help create another mail profile (leaving th old one as it is) and start mail using the new profile.
You can select which profile to use easily with Mail settings.

Go to Outlook Client
File --> Account Settings
Then in the email accounts tab, select your profile listed under Name
Double click
Canange Account dialog will open. Then below the Server settings you will find a box to click for Cached Exchange mode (enable & disable)

If you need to add another mail profile use the Mail applet in the Windows Control panel
Then click show profiles
then select add profile... fill in what your settings are.
Also click the "Prompt for the profile to be used" selection. When Outlook starts it will ask which profile to load.
