Its generally a bad idea to over clock CPUs. It will not last as long as a non over clocked CPU.
Besides, the CPUs these days are pretty powerful that you dont need to over clock it.

Nobody can tell the max clocks. I'm running at 3.85GHz but at the margin of the max safe voltage.

Note: It wouldn't be the CPU that I'm worried about. Intel mobos are not meant for overclocking, and I don't know what will happen when they are run out of spec.

Duh! If properly and safely done, it will not shorten the life of the CPU not even by 1 second!

is it ok to raise fsb without ajesting voltage coz i hav intel dg33fb mobo :(

yeah you can increase the fsb without adjusting voltages but you can't get to the processor's limit without adjusting the voltages

I suppose theres a reason why servers are not running with over clocked CPUs..

I supposed that is because the motherboards don't support overclocking :P

As long as it is below 70C, there isn't any damage on the CPU from what I've heard.
ithin 70ta aduwen thiya ganna kohomath puluwan nne...
macho..cpu full load unama(like @ dvd ripping) cores dekama 100% load wenne ne neda?ai e?

cmon machan severs needed to be stable that's why they don't use high frequented processors
And you think my CPU is not stable??? DUH!!! Overclocking doesn't mean the CPU runs unstable!

If you want full load, run IntelBurnTest. My CPU runs into mid 70's with that running!!! (But like I said, I run at a VERY high voltage)
