When a customer re-charges with Rs. 45 what will happen?

• Rs. 45 will be absorbed as “Package Fee” and it will not be available in the main account and 1500 MB worth of data will be made available instead.

How Many times the customer can reload Rs. 45 per day?

• Only One time, next recharge will be rejected

If I’m a SVV customers (39/49/Youth Pack etc.) What will happen if I re-load Rs. 45?

• No change you will be able to enjoy the same existing benefits as per your existing plan
