Pay for East Container terminal building out of SWAP with China

Instead of relaying on corrupt Addani (Who are RAW agents and BJP funders for RSS terrorist) .Sri Lanka should use swap lines and Toll taxes of Highway to pay for port, and also from existing revenue derived out of ports. Issue Rupee Bonds to pay for cranes which is delivered from China. Other local payments can be made in rupees. We do not need US Dollars!
