Pay Pal use karanna epa..I have tried it..Dont use it..If u select the country as Sri Lanka then u cant receive money from others. If u create an account using US as the country then u can receive money from others. but the problem is u cant make payments. In order to do payments U need to validate ur account using a credit card or a bank account number. So if we select US as the country theres no way of validating the account

If you only want to make payments (not to receive money) then use Pay Pal. But u need to have a credit card to deposit money to ur paypal account
