Payoneer Fund receiving issue (Help)

last apu payment eka client karala thibbe wise eken mage receiving bank account number ekata. den 5 days wenawa awe ne.
mama unta complaint ekak demma.

ubalatath me seen eka wela thiyanawada receiving bank account dala client la pay karanakota. mata me una 1st time. namuth me client funds me wediyata ewwa 1st time nemei. harima awul ne bang mehema digatama wenna unoth.

ubala use karana alternative payment accepting methods monada ?

They might ask the person who paid you to verify that they have received the goods/services as promised and they might even ask you to send email conversations showing both your email addresses and confirmation that they have received the goods/services. It is normal to get 5-8 day delays when you receive funds from a new source. Because they are trying to avoid illegal activities and it is better you contacted the CS addressing the issue. 1. its not from new source (client used to send from wise before
2. its a service delivery

they have asked to send following information today

1. A full screenshot showing the details of the payment
2. The name of the company that sent the payment
3. The payment amount and date
4. The last 4 digits of the receiving account to which the payment was sent

i will send the latest update. not an issue to send but its taking time thats the only concern

"We ask that you please wait until 5 business days from the moment the payment was sent have passed"

So we have to wait 5 days 1st and then send the above details
