Hi All,

1. I need to know i can verify n add money to my pay-pal account (country Sri Lanka) using commercial bank debit card(VISA).

2.if i can't use that way how i can verify my account n add money

3. if i have money on my pay-pal account, how i can withdraw
(I have a moneybooker account too )

You can't receive money to your Paypal account if you honestly specified your country as Sri Lanka (that's their policy and our freaking government). I guess you created your account using some fake address.
You still can verify your Paypal account and receive refunds for your account no matter it's a Sri Lankan or some other address. (You can verify your fake-address account with a legit Sri Lankan debit/credit card - they won't notice it for a while).

You can verify and pay for anyone as long as your card is active and have money. But you can't deposit money to your account (your balance will be 0).

If you want to receive money or deposit some, you'll have to create an account as a Malaysian or some other paypal-supported country citizen.

You can't transfer your Paypal balance to moneybookers. It's forbidden by moneybookers. Moneybookers DO support Sri Lankans to withdraw money and don't fuck up that. You can be honest and use moneybookers. But you can't connect your Paypal account to it (workarounds exist though - proceed at your own risk).

I think i messed up, coz i add my real address for paypal n Moneybookers.

1. yes u can use com bank visa with pp have 2 active online/internet transaction,then link it and verify ur pp account

1. No there is no way to keep paypal balance in sri lanka account u can't add money 2 ur existing pp account

2. u can verify if u want 2 hv pp balance create new account malaysia etc...

3. there is option "withdraw to visa debit"
