Paypal and eBay documents

Hi, to all,

I need Paypal and eBay verification documents, this includes,
1. Photo ID (passport, drivers liscence)
2. Address verification (utility bills)

I need them in USA, UK and Sri Lanka, Payment is through paypal or personaly meeting at any place in colombo.

Requirements
1: Need to give a working mobile number/ Email address where I can contact you immediately. I have being once fooled by a jackass in EK so no exceptions on this.
