Sorry Bro ! I haven't much info about "NSB Net Card" If you have a NSB Net Card please check On Card have mention that "Electronic Use Only" (ATM Card) it's mean those cards can't use for Internet Money Transactions.
As i heard it's a shopping card.....

So please look for more info . . . Because i didn't hear that whether NSB Net Card allow or not for Internet Transactions.....

i think you already know that any country of MoneyBookers account holders can receive money to account & the funds will be instantly credited to your Moneybookers account balance.
