I'll tell a xperience of my frnd.He got a gigabyte board frm PCF*****s as they r gigabyte dealers.As another PC things it burnt down in about 6 months.When he gave it to them they told that they'll give him in about two weeks 8 months ago. .Poor fella bought a new mobo.Still PC fu****s r waiting for it.Their customer care is till we get a PC.After that god will do the customer care.

PC house say they get 8 lack loss in small computer parts by theft of their workers.But if they try to stop it,cost would be much more so they don't stop it.When PC house cant trust their own Staff what about customers???? .
