PDF password break

Can anyone break the password of a pdf? is it possible?

I have a study material which I got from a lecturer (2 years ago)and there was a very simple password and unfortunately I don't remember the password anymore.


Can anyone help me out for this? and I dont know how to attach this pdf to this thread, if anybody can help me i can email the pdf.
