Can. Both accounts should be owned by you or immediate family members. Bank will usually charge a fee for this. Usually ranges from $10 to $20. Visit your bank and make a request.

If you want to transfer FC between two local FC accounts, the easiest way is to take FC draft from the source and deposit to the other. There is $5 fee, but fast and convenient.

I did this between Sampath & Commercial.

As far I know, online FC account to account transfer is blocked.

even within own accounts pfca to pfca is not at all possible, was told this by seylan when i wanted to transfer to com-pfca
I was told this is only possible via an invoice, like paying for a service
