https traffic inspection, have you generated fw certificate itself and distribute it with users?

application level filtering not supported with V. 2.3 btw try to apply rule with skype ports

Yes, I have genarate certificates and distribute among the users,
its all works fine, only thing is Skype not working..

I suggest you go for a UTM. Far less hassle and very easy to manage.
