how to change the language of photoshop CS3 ? ? ?

i tried to change, but i didnt find any option there to change the language ..........
does any one know ?? ? ?

i checked, but no option for language, maybe adobe photoshop never allows to change language, some one told me to install a language pack >

Yes..but i think you also need to enable "East Asian language support from Windows for Chinese fonts support
