your site hosting server must have php support enabled. Check that first.
If php support is there, just upload the chat script and modify the links to have the links to the chat script.

Youre server must support FTP

1.download fillezilla software-http://filezilla-project.org/
2.view You're information(server) Simply log to serve and view account Details.
3.then in the top of fillezilla 3 box have
1.Host-type you're server host name ex-server17.youresitename.com
2.Username-(that you can view at account info)
3.password-(that you can view at account info)
4.then click quick connect after that you can view file called public HTML(some time it changed)
5.upload you're php files (Drag and Drop)
