    Can or Could may replace 'will" in above question and would sound better.

    Yes. But there is a condition.
    If you know that the person is able to help, but you're unsure if they will you can use either "Will you please or would you please"
    But if you're unsure if that person is able to help you can use either,
    Can you please or could you please.
